1. Order Processing Time

Most of our items — especially custom rugs and made-to-order products — are handcrafted after purchase.

Processing Time:

  • Handmade / Made-to-Order Items: 3–7 business days

  • Pre-made Items: 1–3 business days

Processing time does not include weekends or holidays.

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is processed and shipped.


2. Production Timeline (For Custom Rugs)

Many of our items, including the PMWL tufted rugs, are created individually after your order is placed.

  • Production Time: 3–4 weeks

  • Total Delivery Time (Production + Shipping): 4–6 weeks

This ensures you receive a freshly made, high-quality item rather than a mass-produced product.


3. Shipping Times & Rates

We ship worldwide, and delivery times vary by destination:

Estimated Delivery Time After Shipment:

  • USA: 7–14 business days

  • UK & Europe: 7–14 business days

  • Canada: 10–16 business days

  • Australia: 10–20 business days

  • Rest of World: 12–25 business days

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight.


4. Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email

  • A tracking number

  • Live tracking updates (depending on courier)

Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking link to activate.


5. Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to custom fees, VAT, or import duties depending on your country’s regulations.

  • These fees are not included in product prices or shipping charges.

  • Customers are responsible for any applicable customs fees.

6. Shipping Address Issues

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.

We are not responsible for:

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

  • Delays caused by couriers

  • Lost packages due to wrong address entry

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost, stolen, or arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery

  • Provide your order number and photos (if damaged)

We will work with the courier to find a solution.
For stolen packages marked "delivered," we cannot offer a refund, but we will guide you through claim steps with the courier.


8. Split Shipments

To avoid delays, your order may arrive in multiple packages, especially if it contains items of different sizes or materials.

You will receive a tracking number for each shipment.


9. Delivery Delays

While we always aim for timely delivery, factors such as holidays, customs inspections, and courier delays may affect shipment timelines.

We appreciate your patience with handmade items — they take time, but they are worth it.
